1.1 The Advinne Share Bundle Service ("Share Bundle") will be applicable to Prepaid customers on the same account (Family Account).
1.2 Once you have purchased any Bundle, then it can be shared with other between Advinne numbers.
1.3 Can share your Bundle via USSD (*123# Option4) or by logging on to www.advinne.co.za.
1.4 You can select any Bundle to share your with another subscription linked to your account.
1.5 Where a Bundle is shared then the recipient will get complete access to the bundle for the duration and limit of the bundle.
1.6 The recipient of the Shared Bundle cannot further share the data with another Cell C customer.
1.7 You can only share unused value on Shared Bundle if the data is still within the validity period.
1.8 The recipient who gets the Shared Bundle Access will receive an SMS notification of the activation and will receive the data immediately on transfer.
1.9 You can have an option to add up to 5 beneficiaries that you can share/gift the Bundle with however the person who receives the Bundle cannot further share.
1.10 Once the main customer has shared their bundle, the remaining validity of the original bundle still applies to the remaining balance available.
1.11 You can cancel the shared bundle or by alerting Customer Care.
2.1 CVV/CVC : This is the final three digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of your credit card.
2.2 Advinne Online Recharge : This is a service which enables you to purchase Advinne airtime, SMS bundles and Data Bundles ("Value") using your cheque or credit card;
2.3. Bank PIN : This is the personal identity number (PIN) which is issued by the Bank, or in some cases selected by the customer, that is used in conjunction with the bank card to access payment services.
3.1. I guarantee that the information provided when using the Advinne Online Recharge service is valid and true. I hereby indemnify and hold Advinne harmless from any resulting loss, damages or action arising out of me providing incorrect information whilst using the Advinne Online Recharge service.
3.2. I shall keep my Bank PIN/CVV number confidential at all times; I agree that if I fail to keep my Bank PIN/CVV confidential, or allow access to my phone or Bank PIN/CVV, I do so entirely at my own risk,
3.3. I understand that at no time will I ever be asked to enter my confidential information on any device other than the Advinne Online Recharge service website. I further understand that any requests to enter my Bank PIN, CVV or CVD on any device other than the Advinne Online Recharge service website ARE NOT legitimate requests from Advinne Online Recharge.
3.4. I accept that I shall be responsible for all purchases of Value conducted as a result of any access obtained through my Bank PIN/CVV, should I :
3.5. I acknowledge and accept that any use of Advinne Online Recharge is at my own risk. Without limiting the generality of the aforesaid, I acknowledge that Advinne will not, under any circumstances, be liable to me for any loss or damages (including consequential, direct, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages) arising from :
3.6 Advinne in the execution of Advinne Online Recharge transaction requests reserves the right to :
4.1 Advinne Online Recharge enables you (the subscriber), to purchase airtime, SMS Bundles and Data Bundles, anytime, anywhere, with the use of your credit, debit or cheque card.
4.2 All value recharged by the subscriber will expire according to the existing business rules of existing recharge voucher ranges.
4.3 All queries related to the use of this service should be addressed to Advinne Customer Services.
5.1 In order to be able to use the Service, the Subscriber must :
5.2 Normal bank charges apply to the use of each of the above mentioned cards.
6.1 The Subscriber may recharge with a minimum value of R50,00 (five zero rand) and a maximum value of R2000 (two thousand rand) per day.
6.2 Purchase of SMS or Data Bundles will be limited by the maximum values as described in 5.1 above;
7.1 Participation in this Service is subject to these terms and conditions. In so far as it is necessary, required by law or beyond the reasonable control of Advinne, Advinne reserves the right to vary the nature of the Service or these terms and conditions upon notice in this regard being published on www.advinne.co.za or in another appropriate medium.
7.2 The decision of Advinne in respect of disputes arising out of this Service will be dealt with by Advinne in terms of these terms and conditions. The decision of Advinne in this regard will be final.
7.3 All subscribers indemnify Advinne and their directors, officers, employees and agents, against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever in connection with their participation in any way whatsoever in the Service.
7.4 Advinne shall be entitled to prohibit or terminate any subscriber's participation in the Service if such subscriber does not meet the criteria and/or if the subscriber is involved in any fraudulent activity or suspected fraudulent activity.
7.5 5 Any amended terms and conditions published in any media, or on the Advinne website www.advinne.co.za will form part of the terms and conditions of the Service, to which terms the subscriber agrees to be bound.
DISCLAIMER : Advinne does not accept the responsibility if you provide an incorrect cell number to be recharged. If the "incorrect cell number" provided is an existing Advinne Prepaid/Hybrid number, and this number was recharged in the process, Advinne cannot reverse such a transaction.
